| After an order is placed, the system will email a confirmation with order details to you. You can also sign in DieselBid and click "order history" in Branded Spare Parts Zone to find all of your order records. Click each record to view details. |
| Within how many days do I need to complete the payment? |
| For your and the seller's rights, please complete the payment within 3 business days. Overdue orders will be cancelled. 3 unpaid orders will lead to a temporary suspension of your purchase. If you need to purchase again, please contact DieselBid. |
| How do I track my orders? |
| DieselBid system will email you whenever the order status changes (i.e. payment made successfully, items shipped, etc.). You can also sign in DieselBid and click "order history" in Branded Spare Parts Zone to track order status and detail information. |

| Yes. However, you need to contact DieselBid by mail or phone to cancel an unpaid order. DieselBid will process it in a timely manner. |

| Yes. However, you need to contact DieselBid by mail or phone to cancel a paid order. DieselBid will process it in a timely manner. If the item has been shipped, you need to cover the shipping fees back and forth. After receiving and examining the intactness of the returned item, DieselBid will refund you immediately (you will need to cover bank handling fees). If the item has not been shipped yet, DieselBid will refund you right away (you will need to cover bank handling fees). |
